I thought I would take this opportunity to introduce us and our wedding planning business, Island of Dream Weddings, a little better so that you will feel confident you are in good hands when choosing to use our services.

We are originally from the South-West of England (Cotswolds) but have lived in Zakynthos for over 17 years.  We are therefore thoroughly familiar and fluent with the Greek language and culture, which makes us perfectly placed to ensure your wedding in Greece will be perfect and everything you have dreamed of.

I have been fortunate to have travelled to many destinations including Italy, Most Greek Islands and Lapland which is where we have our specialist wedding planning team to welcome you into their dreamy world.

For our Winter Weddings we have incorporated Lapland into our destinations as we can not think of any better location than getting married in the Ice Chapel and under the Northern Lights which are simply stunning and a sight you will never forget.

We work with a fantastic team and have the benefit of us all being fluent in Greek Finish and English, plus we know the Greek islands better than the Greek nationals. Our Team in Lapland are Fantastic and simply can do no more than provide an  amazing service.   We pride ourselves on offering a personal service, tailor-made to suit your needs. Unlike other companies who often take on three or four weddings the same day, we only ever have one wedding a day so that you have our full undivided attention to arrange your wedding and all those important details as if it were our own.

We offer the complimentary personalised service of coming to meet you at your hotel or log cabin where we can meet either in the reception or in the privacy of your own space. This also means it is easy for your family to be present at your meeting too and also makes it easy for us to have a mini rehearsal.

Please note: The Island of Dream Weddings is an officially registered and legally licensed event planning business which specialises in Destination Weddings with a personal touch. We are
based in both the UK, Greece, Italy & Lapland. We can also provide general travel services and advise through our travel partners for, excursions, car rental or accommodation & Flights.
